Artists located in West Chelsea are invited to participate in the HIGH LINE OPEN STUDIOS to kick off the 2018 Fall Art season and open your studio to the public Saturday and Sunday, October 13- 14, 2018 to showcase, preview and sell your work.
This is a great opportunity open up your studio to art lovers and enthusiast, collectors, curators, dealers, meet the public and present your latest artistic vision and artworks.
The event will be publicized through a dynamic campaign of press, advertising and social media. The past four open studios events have been featured in the New York Times Weekend Arts section, including photos of participating artist's studios and artworks.
In addition, participating artists will be included on the HLOS website, (listing your name, studio location, link to your personal website and an image of your artwork), as well as our online and printed maps listing your studio building.

Sign up for Open Studios as a Participating Artist for $50. Application deadline is September 25th for all registration materials. Your Artist Fee helps cover costs for event advertising, marketing, printing and PR.

Join Us for the 2018 Fall Art Season and step inside the Artist's Studio, Saturday & Sunday, October 13-14, 2018, from 12 - 6 p.m.
The artists of High Line Open Studios invite the public to step inside their private studios during the 2018 fall art season in West Chelsea Gallery district, New York City.
On this self-guided tour, visitors will have exclusive access to private artists' studios based in the heart of the West Chelsea Arts District, where visitors will have exclusive access to over 50 private artists' studios in more than 10 buildings. The artists will open their doors to the public on Saturday, Sunday, October 13-14, 2018.
The self guided tour begins at the West Chelsea Arts Building on West 26th Street. Pick up the MAP and event information in the lobbies at 508 and 516 West 26th St. and begin your artists' studio tour.

The open studios tour encourage dialogue between the artists and public, allowing visitors to gain first hand knowledge about the creative process. It gives visitors, art enthusiasts, dealers and collectors the opportunity to purchase works directly from the artists' studio inventory, at studios prices, without a gallery markup, which can be 50% or more.
